Rethymnon - Asteri / West Crete +++ open all-year +++ Villa Michalis is a very comfortable holiday home for up to 8 persons at Asteri nearby Rethymnon. It includes 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one of them having a whirlpool), a living-area with an open fireplace, and a garden with swimming pool and barbecue. The kitchen includes an electric hob with glass-ceramic cooktop panel, an oven, an integrated refrigerator and freezer, and a dishwasher.   The living-room and all bedrooms are air conditioned. A satellite TV set is also available.   Asteri is a small, peaceful traditional Greek village above the bay of  Rethymnon on the island of  Crete. The only business enterprise on the scene is a small taverna which serves as a kafenion as well. Both the Old and the New National Road from Rethymnon to Iraklion run 1.5 kms north, passing the bigger village of Stavromenos.
